I am a qualified Early Childhood practitioner and have taught young children for 15 years.
A qualified ILS Master Life Coach, specializing in parent stress, and home schooling mom of two boys aged 11 and 13.
When my eldest son started pre school he had a traumatic experience and was diagnosed with sensory processing disorder and anxiety. We were both having a hard time coping. That was when I decided to study further and become a life coach so that I could be a better and more present mom. What I learnt about my self was invaluable and changed my life and especially how I parent and the relationships I have with my children.
I chose to stop teaching and to support my children by home schooling them and working with supporting their emotional regulation. The results for myself and my children has been so rewarding I wanted to share with other parents what we have learnt, and that is why I have designed this program.
