The program runs over three months with six modules and six one on one coaching sessions.
Each of us are unique and so are our children and the relationships we have them.
Even though the content in the modules is the same for everyone, our triggers and parent situations aren’t.
Having the opportunity to be coached one on one gives you the chance to get the support you need to deactivate your stress triggers and use the content learnt to tailor and develop your own special relationship with your child so that you get lasting results.
